    Loved it.

LOVED IT. And reading the story behind it, is even better. Yes, one could make similar at home, and I do spend a lot of time cooking/baking after starting Keto almost a year ago. Mostly because it is hard to find keto friendly premade products that doesn’t cheat by adding high GI sweetners..e.g Maltitol. I researched and found out that buying all these ingredients does not differ much for the price of this mix…so this is one product I do not mind buying. I read over and over trying to find any “bad ingredient” in this, as you DO become cynical and sceptical after a while. But there is nothing negative about this. No bad “fillers”. Its a great subtle flavour of cinnamon with the coconut. Not too sweet. Many on keto/low carb get less of a sweet tooth after a while. Not me LOL. When I eat this as snack…dry from a bowl, i eat as is. When mixed with yogurt or cream/almond milk, i add a bit sweetener. I also make overnight chia pudding, and sprinkle some of this on top before eating it. Lovely. Will buy again very soon….and keeping an eye on the seller in case more variations pop up later on, with similar net carb count. Hint. Hint 😉

A healthy, no-grain granola for those on a gluten free, keto or paleo diet

For medical reasons I am on a no grain diet. Breakfast is the most difficult meal – no toast, breakfast cereal or porridge – and one of the things I miss most is my usual, oat based, granola. I was pleased, therefore, to come across this granola which consists of coconut, sunflower seeds, macadamia nuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, linseeds, coconut oil, vanilla essence and cinnamon. It is suitable for those on a gluten free or keto diet. As it contains no sugar, it would also be suitable for anyone on any slimming diet. I take mine with added blueberries or a banana and some coconut milk and it makes a healthy and enjoyable breakfast. I have to confess that I still miss my oat granola but this is a reasonable substitute and provides me with a breakfast choice which I didn’t have before.

    Gratifying crunch!

Breakfast seems the hardest meal of the day on a low carb diet. This granola hits the spot perfectly. The 31g recommended portion size is small but adequate and it feels so good knowing the carbs are minimal. I enjoyed it as is, straight out of the pack with a little milk which is great for someone who needs an instant hit first thing in the morning. But I can salso ee lots of ways to vary the dish – for example by adding yoghurt, fresh fruit, chia pudding etc. This will have a permanent place in my cupboard, thanks Maria Lucia. The LCHF market is hungry for good products so can we have more please!

  4. The Steel Remains

I tried a few Keto granolas before this one but this is the best. The reason is that it has no artificial flavourings in and isn’t dominated by cinnamon like most are. Mixed with full fat yogurt this is all you need for a crunchy carb like fix but with just nuts and seed.

Delicious, very low sugar/salt, ideal for diabetics and those with high BP

Was huntering around for something new for my mum who is 70+ and has above diabetes/high BP. Most usual supermarket off the self cereals have surprising high sugar and salt. This product has one of the lowest sugar/salt content/portion around & being tatsty: its delicious with coconut/cinnamon taste and how the contents have been so freshly roasted to perfection. We both are impressed & enjoy ( i with yogurt and fruit, mum with weetabix and blueberries), and we both are very particular!

Tastes amazing! Can’t believe it’s keto friendly

I am surprised this is keto! It tastes amazing, a nice warm cinnamon flavor and crunchy granola. I pair this with some Greek yoghurt and it’s so good! I try to stick to a 30g carb day and this helps achieve a substantial breakfast and keep it within the carb intake, eggs seem to get boring after a while but this is a great substitute for those days.

    Lovely substitute to cereal

I eat this every morning with my coconut yogurt and it keeps me full till lunch time. Taste really lovely and will definitely keep buying from this seller.

    Lovey Granola

I am currently doing Keto and wanted something different for breakfast so thought I would give this a go. Initially I thought the portion size was quite small so I upped it slightly and had approx 35g with almond milk. It is really lovey, very natural tasing and natural texture. T

I love this product it’s great with Greek yogurt or milk and fruit, it’s packed full of flavour and very tasty. Yes you can probably make it yourself and it’ll be cheaper but this is great if you don’t have time or your disabled and are unable to make things. It is a bit pricey but it’s full of good quality ingredients and when you think of how much you spend on cereal and how much you actually eat of this at one serving (only 30g)if that, I mean it’s very filling once I add yogurt and fruit with it I’m full up for the day then. I definitely recommend this. Especially if your on keto, it’s keto friendly.

    Nice taste for low carb
after struggling to find a breakfast I am happy to have every day, I come across this. This has a nice taste not to sweet, like the one I made. I have this with Alpro soya yoghurt and a few blueberry’s, very tasty (no more eggs 👍). It may seem expensive in comparison to co co pops but if you try buying the ingredients you will see it’s really not for what it is. I’d find if I had just this the portion would be quite small as 30g is not that much.

    The best Keto/Paleo Granola around
A well thought out granola with no grains or sweeteners. No scrimping on ingredients either, with it being choc full of good, natural stuff. Well worth it.

    Really nice
First time buying this but it won’t be the last. I follow the Keto diet and finding something like this that’s a nice quick breakfast is tricky. This doesn’t disappoint. Lovely flavour and very moorish! Yes maybe a little pricy but it’s made with great tasting ingredients and I will be buying more. Just have mine with a little Greek yogurt and almond milk. Lovely!
